Frequently asked

How quickly can my teen be admitted?+

After your free assessment, most families can complete admission within a few days, sooner in urgent situations. We'll walk you through exact timing on your call.

Do you accept insurance?+

We work with most major insurance providers and will verify your benefits before you commit to anything. Our team explains costs in plain language, with no surprise billing.

How long does treatment usually last?+

Most teens stay 45–90 days. Length of stay is guided by clinical progress and reviewed weekly with your family, not set by a fixed calendar.

Can I visit or talk to my teen during treatment?+

Yes. Phone calls, and in-person visits or home passes as clinically appropriate, are part of the treatment plan and coordinated with your family therapist.

What happens after discharge?+

Your family therapist begins aftercare planning before discharge, including referrals to outpatient therapists, psychiatrists, or step-down programs near you.
